Tuckered Out!

We have had a rough 24 hours here in the B house.  Kate had her worst night yet last night.  She decided that she wanted to have a party in the living room with her momma from 1:45 until about 5:30 this morning.  She thought it would be fun to scream her head off entertain me with her version of singing.  The girl has some pipes on her.

Today has been hard too.  She is just super fussy and restless.  I feel like we are going backwards in terms of getting these tummy issues under control.

Thankfully, I am blessed to have a very intelligent cousin that just so happens to be a Pediatric Gastroenterologist that has helped me come up with some questions and tests to talk to our Pediatrician about.  My cousin thinks Kate might not have reflux but an allergy to cow's milk protein which is in all of the formulas we have tried so far.

I plan on calling our Pediatrician to discuss these things tomorrow.  We need some relief around these parts.  This momma is tired.

And apparently this sweet girl is all tuckered out from being up all night too.

Please don't mention how big my little peanut has gotten.  It makes me sad (in a good way - I'm glad she is growing but miss my little bitty baby).  Also, notice how long her legs are!

Oh those long skinny legs just melt my heart!! She is so precious!!

Oh Lindsey - I am sorry you are having a rough time with her feeding issues. It is SO hard dealing with everything when you are sleep deprived. I am praying for the little love and for you!

I really hope the pedi can figure something out. The milk protein allergy thing sounds like something they really need to consider. Hopefully relief for everyone is just around the corner.

Much love to you and your sweet little girl!

What a doll! Im sorry you had a rough night, those are hard. A friend of mine's son had a milk allergy and went on special formula and she said it was like night and day, I hope its that easy of a fix for you guys (but its super expensive which is hard). Could it be the days and nights are just totally mixed up?

Not sure if you read any of those sleep books but the baby whisperer, baby wise and happiest baby on the block all where kinda helpful in trying techniques on sleeping.

Good luck, K is ADORABLE!!!
