So my co-worker (who is also a great friend - that tends to happen when you spend 85% of your time on the road traveling with someone) dropped a little treat off to me after lunch!

She knows me too well!  A strawberry cupcake from Crave!  It was delish and I guess the sugar got to Kate because she has been kicking pretty hard every since!
