Flying is no longer my friend

Who would have thought the person that flew more than 100,000 miles in 2009 and loved time on a plane would absolutely HATE flying with a passion?

Well, the time has come.  Pregnancy, me, and planes just don't go together.  We just got home from our weekend in Jackson (I'll recap tomorrow) and I am in so much pain.  My back is killing me and I am exhausted - and this was just a quick, one hour flight.

I have two more flights this pregnancy (both next month) and I am already dreading getting on a plane.

However, I will never fly again if it means I have a beautiful daughter!  I am heading to bed to hopefully get a good night's sleep and will update about our quick trip tomorrow (without pictures because I forgot to take any).

Be thankful you just have two, I've got five scheduled, with another one in the works. :(

Is your background new? I love...

Grab your heating pad and head to bed! Wouldn't a nice glass of wine be lovely right about now ; ) ??

Poor thing! The husband and I flew from LA to Japan and back a couple weeks ago. For me, it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected.

Next time you fly, put a pillow by your lower back for lumbar support, drink lots of water, wear compression hose, and walk/stretch as much as possible. If you see a chiropractor, get adjusted before you leave and as soon as you get back. I think that's what saved me!
